Exclusively bottled for The Single Malt Shop this Highland Park 18 year old single cask has been chosen from the most exceptional Highland Park casks available by master whisky maker Gordon Motion. The nose brings out sweet, toasted oak, vanilla fudge ice cream and roasted almonds. The taste builds from cinnamon bark to sweet spiciness, all followed by floral peat. A finish of delicate hints of peat lingers long. Released at cask strength and limited to 515 bottles.
