Daftmill 2007 Single Cask #009 / TWE

This Daftmill was distilled in January 2007 and initially matured in single boubon barrel #009. This was then transferred to a Pedro Ximénez cask for 'a couple of months', then, unusually, returned to its original cask for a further maturation period. It was bottled in 2023 exclusively for The Whisky Exchange.
